TERMS OF USE

What are the rules for using this site?

Short version: read it, use it, quote it with attribution. Do not treat it as advice or as a guarantee.

The long version is below, in plain English. See also our Privacy Policy and Disclosures.

Effective date: September 1, 2026  ·  By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What is this site?

A place to learn what employer cost diversion programs exist, what savings they can produce, and whether any of them could be a potential fit for your organization. It is published by Save with Benefits, which provides cost savings and benefits consulting, and it is intended for businesses and the people who run them.

Any insured products referenced are marketed and offered through licensed agents in states where licensed.

What is this site not?

This matters more than the previous answer, so we will be specific.

→ Not an offer or solicitation to sell insurance. Nothing here is a quote, a binder, or a promise of coverage. Coverage is in force only when issued in writing by the carrier or benefits provider, on its own terms.

→ Not advice. Everything here is general information for educational purposes only. It is not insurance, tax, legal, accounting, actuarial, investment or medical advice. Your circumstances are yours, and you should take them to your own CPA, legal counsel or tax advisor before acting.

→ Not a guarantee of results. Any figures, examples or savings shown are illustrative only and your results may differ. Plan availability, eligibility, rates, contribution limits and savings vary by state, carrier, group size, plan design and employee census, and are subject to carrier underwriting and applicable law. See our Disclosures for how each number is derived.

→ Not a client relationship. Reading this site, downloading a report, or submitting a form does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship between us. That begins only under a signed written agreement.

Is the information accurate?

We work hard to make it so, and we cite our sources. Industry figures come from published third-party surveys and reflect what those surveys said when we read them. Markets, regulations, carrier rules and program availability change, sometimes quickly, and we do not promise the site is current, complete or free of error at any given moment.

If you spot something wrong, tell us.

Who owns the content?

We do. The text, benchmark research, charts, reports, worksheets, graphics, and the arrangement of them are owned by Save with Benefits and protected by copyright and other laws.

What you may do: read it, print it, share a link, quote a short excerpt with attribution to Save with Benefits, and use our benchmark reports internally at your own organization.

What you may not do: republish it as your own, resell it, strip our attribution, use it to train a commercial model, or scrape the site at scale.

Our name and logos used here are our marks. Other names and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.

What about what I send you?

You keep ownership of your data. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it, which is normally to model your savings and deliver a program.

You confirm that you have the authority to share what you send, and that it does not contain protected health information or anything else you are not permitted to disclose. If it does, tell us and we will delete it.

What are the rules for using the site?

Do not attempt to breach it, overload it, scrape it at scale, misrepresent who you are, upload anything harmful, or use it for an unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

What about links and partners?

We link to scheduling tools, published research and partner resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end.

Programs described here are delivered by third-party providers, insurers and administrators. Each carries its own terms, eligibility rules and availability, which vary by state. Those terms govern the program, not this page.

Is anything warranted?

No, and this section is deliberately blunt because it has to be.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any result described here will be achieved by you.

What are the limits of your liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for your use of this site or for anything you do in reliance on it.

That applies to Save with Benefits and its owners, members, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents, and it covers every category of loss: direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary and punitive damages, and lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, and business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Where the law does not permit a complete exclusion, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site is limited to the amount you have paid us for access to it. For site visitors, that amount is zero.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury. Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and parts of the above may not apply to you.

Liability arising out of a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this page.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Save with Benefits and its owners, members, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Which law applies, and where would a dispute be heard?

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.

Anything else?

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclosures, are the entire agreement regarding your use of this site.

We may update these terms. The version posted here with the current effective date is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

How do I reach you?

Through our contact page.
