Keryn built the analytics, data science and health economics centers of excellence at the country's largest healthcare payers, so she knows where the hidden costs sit. She has been a CEO, a COO, and a VC and private equity operator running end-to-end M&A alongside founders and finance executives. Diligence is the throughline: it's why she can take apart a cost structure nobody else has questioned.
She holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and Statistical Genetics and a BS in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Washington University in St. Louis, where she started college at 14 and graduated summa cum laude at 17, plus an MBA. She is a see-a-need, fill-a-need advisor who will research something to the ground until she finds the best solution, even if it is thoroughly hidden, then structure it so every party comes out ahead.

Jason runs modern corporate benefits and workforce strategy firms. For over 30 years he has helped employers break away from traditional insurance cycles and turn healthcare liabilities into high-performance business assets.
His work is the structural side of the problem: how a plan is funded and priced, how workforce strategy and payroll infrastructure fit together, and how an employer moves from accepting a renewal to setting one. He has built the relationships and the reference-based pricing expertise that let a mid-market employer operate with the leverage of a much larger one.
His rule is that the insurance decision should follow the business strategy, never lead it. Most employers have it the other way around, which is why they negotiate from behind every year.
