LICENSING  ยท  COMPENSATION  ยท  HOW OUR NUMBERS ARE DERIVED

Where do our numbers come from?

Every figure we publish has a basis, and we will tell you what it is.

This page covers what we do, how we are paid, what our results represent, and what they do not. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Effective date: September 1, 2026  ·  These disclosures apply to every page on savewithbenefits.com, our reports, and our email communications.

What exactly do you do?

Save with Benefits provides cost savings and benefits consulting. Any insured products referenced are marketed and offered through licensed agents in states where licensed.

We identify, structure and manage programs. We are not the carrier, the administrator, or the party that issues coverage.

Program availability varies by state, and not every program described here is available everywhere. Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to sell insurance in any state where the offering agent is not licensed. We will tell you what applies to your states before you decide anything.

How are you paid?

We say $0 upfront and billed out of savings created, and we mean it. Here is the fuller picture, because you should know where our incentives sit.

→ Contingency fees. For cost-recovery work, we are paid a share of savings realized, billed in arrears. No savings, no invoice.

→ Commissions. Where an insured product is placed, the insurer or a partner may pay a commission, which is built into the product's price rather than added to it.

→ Partner compensation. We may receive compensation from program providers whose solutions we implement for you.

You may ask us at any time how we are compensated on your specific engagement, and we will tell you in writing.

Is any of this advice?

No.

Everything on this site is general information for educational purposes only. It is not insurance, tax, legal, or medical advice, it is not a quote, and it is not an offer or binder of coverage. Coverage is in force only when issued in writing by the carrier or benefits provider.

We do not make tax savings claims. Where a program has tax consequences, those depend on each person and business' specific situation.

Consult your own CPA, legal counsel, or tax advisor before acting on anything here. We will happily join that conversation.

Are the results you publish typical?

Not necessarily. Please read this before relying on any figure.

Reported results are those from specific engagements. They are not averages, and they are not a prediction of what you will achieve.

Results depend on your size, employee demographics, funding type, geography, current contracts, and which programs you choose to implement, among myriad other components outside of our control. Some employers will save more than average, and some will achieve substantially less. Some achieve nothing at all if no program fits or none is implemented.

We do not guarantee any level of savings.

Where do your published figures come from?

Each number on this site falls into one of four buckets, and we will tell you which on request.

→ Industry benchmarks such as the 2027 cost projections come from published third-party surveys, cited where they appear. Those figures are the survey publishers', not ours.

→ Engagement results such as $692,300 or $1.91M are actual numbers from specific clients, reported and verified during the engagement. Client names are withheld for confidentiality.

→ Ranges such as 10 to 30%+ off indirect spend, 15 to 25% off pharmacy, or $2,000+ per employee describe what we typically see across engagements. They are ranges precisely because outcomes vary.

→ Modeled figures such as our first-year ROI and payback tables are calculations, not observed outcomes. Your own data is analyzed to determine savings specific to you.

Can you back the numbers up?

Yes, and you are welcome to ask. We will identify the basis for any published figure on request. We do not publish numbers we cannot support.

What about forward-looking statements?

Statements about what costs will do, what a program may produce, or what a market may look like are estimates based on information available now. They are not promises. Actual outcomes may differ.

Who actually delivers the programs?

Third-party providers, insurers and administrators, not us. We identify, structure and manage. Each program carries its own contract, eligibility rules, exclusions and availability, and those documents govern the program rather than anything written here.

References to a program being backed by a particular investor, approved by a state, or filed with a regulator describe the provider or the product, not an endorsement of us by that party.

Do you handle health information?

No. We do not collect, receive or store protected health information. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

What if something here is unclear?

Ask. We would rather explain a disclosure than have you rely on something you misread. Reach us through our contact page.
