Fully Insured Fixed Indemnity Plan

Improve Your Benefits Package Without Overhauling What You Already Have.

The Fully Insured Fixed Indemnity Plan is a supplemental insurance product underwritten by an A-Rated carrier. It is a voluntary program designed to enhance an employer’s existing benefits package; no overhaul of current coverage required.

How it works:

Employee premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis, which may reduce FICA obligations for both employers and employees beginning on Day 1 of the plan. When an enrolled employee completes one qualifying health activity per month, a claim is automatically filed on their behalf, resulting in an indemnity payment deposited directly into their paycheck.

Employee benefits include:

  • 24/7/365 Telemedicine access, no co-pay or deductible
  • Urgent Care and Behavioral Care access
  • 95% of the 200 most commonly prescribed generic maintenance medications, no copay
  • Benefits extend to eligible family members
  • Premiums paid on a pre-tax basis, voluntary enrollment
  • Tax Advice Hotline access

Employer value:

  • Potential FICA reduction beginning Day 1
  • Benefits enhancement with no disruption to existing coverage
  • Reduction in catastrophic claims through proactive health engagement
  • Improved recruitment and retention

Good to know

  • Underwritten by an A-Rated carrier
  • Voluntary participation
  • Sits alongside your existing plan

This is a Fully Insured Fixed Indemnity Plan underwritten by an A-Rated carrier. It is not a wellness plan or a tax savings plan. Participation is voluntary. Indemnity claim payments may be taxable to the employee depending on individual circumstances. Employees should consult a qualified tax or financial professional before enrolling. No financial outcome is guaranteed. This is not tax, legal, or financial advice.
